We automatically flag messages that may suggest risk of self‑harm, harm to others, or abuse. When that happens, Illuminary pauses, shares crisis resources, and escalates conversations to human support. It is not emergency care, or a replacement for therapy.

No training on your data
We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Ever. We don't sell personal data.

Privacy by design
Conversations are private and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited, logged, and reviewed. You can view, export, or delete your data - and reset shared memory - any time.
